City
reviews affordable housing plan
Applicants for a multi-family
housing development in Sisters will go before the City of Sisters Planning
Commission for a public hearing on Wednesday, November 21, at 7:30 p.m.
The hearing will be at Sisters
City Hall. The planning commission will review the site plan for compliance
with the City of Sisters Urban Area Comprehensive Plan and the Sisters
Development Code.
The proposed plans can be
reviewed at City Hall between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday,
except holidays. Written comments may be submitted to the planning department
on or before November 14.
Staff reports may be reviewed
at no cost at City Hall after November 14. A copy of a Staff Report may
be obtained for a nominal fee.
The development is to be located
on North Larch Street on the north side of Sisters. The applicant is the
Central Oregon Regional Housing Authority.
