hit them as they found the Outlaws on top 14-0 only six minutes into the
game. The Outlaws stopped the first Banks possession when Steve Mills
and Company bolted through the line to stop Justin Williams on a fourth
and one.
The offense completed a blitzkrieg
maneuver when Pat Burke completed three passes in three plays ending with
a 51 yard strike to Mike Greene for the touchdown.
The momentum continued when
seconds later Joel Meyer recovered an onside kick. Three plays later,
Pat Burke connected on a 23 yard pass to Nathan Harpham.
The defensive line shut down
the much heralded Banks line. Ian Brink, Matt Harp, Loren Cole, JD Chatelain,
and Conner Burck held the opponents' running game to a total of 23 yards
rushing in the first half.
The offense scored again midway
through the second quarter when Burke again connected with Greene on a
20 yard TD pass on fourth and one.
Banks found themselves down
at the break 21-0.
Banks mounted a comeback in
the third quarter with a 75-yard drive that culminated with Justin Williams
running in from the two yard line.
Seth Teague iced the game
for the Outlaws with a fourth quarter interception and 38 yard return.
Burke punched it in from the one for a 27-7 lead.
Banks threw in some razzle
dazzle and completed a double reverse pass for the final score of the
game.

check all day. The secondary of Seth Teague, Nathan Powell, Ryan Harper
and Greene held the Banks passing game to 14 completions in 33 attempts
for 126 yards.
The defensive front held Banks
to 106 yards rushing.
The offensive standouts were
