Folk festival offers guitar auction

The Sisters Folk Festival is offering the chance to own a unique Breedlove collector's guitar signed by Sisters Starry Nights performers Vince Gill, Amy Grant, Karla Bonoff, and Hal Ketchum.

The Marie Lamfrom Charitable Foundation purchased the beautiful Oregon Myrtlewood Concert Breedlove Guitar for the Sisters Folk Festival.

The guitar is a hand-built custom Breedlove SC20 guitar with a myrtlewood body; deep bodied concert, non-cutaway shape; Oregon myrtlewood back and sides; Sitka spruce top; abalone rosette; ebony bridge; black binding and bridge truss bracing.

The guitar has a gloss finish with the signatures finished for protection.

Bidding may be conducted on-line at www.sistersfolkfestival.com or a bidding card may be completed and mailed to: Sisters Folk Festival, P.O. Box 3500, PMB 304, Sisters, OR 97759.

Bid information must include: amount of bid; name; address; phone number; email. Bidding closes on September 5 at the Festival Sponsors Dinner.

Bidding begins at $2,500. Payment must be made by September 12 or the guitar goes to the next highest bidder. Visa or Mastercard are accepted.
