The

Local students to honor veterans
Sisters High
School will host the annual Veterans Appreciation Service on Wednesday,
November 13, at 7:30 p.m. in the high school cafetorium.
The community is invited to attend this special event that will recognize
the veterans in our community. Those unable to attend in the evening may
join the SHS student body for the same event at 11 a.m. on Wednesday,
November 13.
Veterans will speak, the Sisters High School band and choir will perform,
and some students will offer poetry readings. There will be a special
presentation by Crook County High School.
Veterans Day falls officially on November 11.
