Sisters
sheriff's calls
- A 38-year-old Redmond
woman was killed last week in Camp Sherman (Jefferson County Sheriff's
Office jurisdiction) when she lost control of her ATV and hit a tree.
- A man reported the forgery
of one of his checks.|
- Someone chucked a rock
thorough the window of the SOAR building.
- Several people were cited
for trespassing after they were caught on the roof of a Sisters business.
They said they were just looking out over the town.
Sheriff's K-9 "Ike" frowned on the activity and flushed them out.
Black Butte Ranch
Police:
- A resident reported that
steel deer in his yard were tampered with. Police have no suspects (not
even an iron cougar).
- A police officer assisted a citizen whose dog got stuck under a back
deck. The officer pulled side boards off the side of the deck to free
the animal.
Information in "Sisters
sheriff's calls" is taken from log entries and reports of the Deschutes
County Sheriff's Office and BBR Police Department.
