According the Deschutes County Sheriff's Office, truck driver Michael Lynn Daily, 38, lost control of the chip truck just of Camp Polk Road. The trailer overturned, which caused the truck tractor to overturn.
Daily sustained head and chest injuries and was transported to St. Charles by the Sisters/Camp Sherman RFPD. He was treated and released, according to St. Charles.
