Alien invasion threatens Sisters Aliens have invaded and they are taking over the town of Sisters. New colonies are forming everywhere. Knapweeds gain a competitive edge by exuding chemicals into the soil which actually inhibit other plants from growing. Because seeds can last up to eight years in the soil seed bank, once these plants have established on your property you have a long-term problem.
