Woman runs sheriff off road Failed to execute CGI : Win32 Error Code = 3 According to sheriff's reports, Brown was heading westbound on 126 at about 10:15 p.m. when Traci Gayle Scott, 24, overtook his unmarked vehicle at a high rate of speed and attempted to pass him in a no passing zone. Scott allegedly swerved to the right and struck Brown's explorer in the left front end, sending both vehicles momentarily out of control. According to the sheriff's department, Scott went into the ditch, recovered and continued westbound without stopping. Sheriff Brown radioed 911 dispatch for assistance from a marked unit and continued to follow Scott at speeds over 80 miles per hour. Failed to execute CGI : Win32 Error Code = 3 Scott was taken into custody without incident. She was booked on charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants with a reported blood alcohol content of .11 percent. She was also booked on charges of reckless driving, hit-and-run, and recklessly endangering another person. Neither Brown nor Scott was injured in the incident. |
