By Jim Cornelius Developer Ted Eady's plans for a 25-unit motel on his Barclay Ranch property got unanimous approval from the Sisters Urban Area Planning Commission on Wednesday, November 19. Failed to execute CGI : Win32 Error Code = 3 The motel, which could be expanded to 50 rooms, is situated on a fairly expansive piece of ground given the number of rooms planned. "I've tried to put this together to be less development-intensive than some of the development we've seen in Central Oregon," Eady told the commission. Eady said that some of the units would be two-room suites, and some single rooms. Any further expansion would depend on what type of room the market demands, Eady indicated. The motel complex will be accessed from Camp Polk Road. According to city planner Neil Thompson, no road dedications or exactions are required.
