Sisters sheriff's deputies arrested Clinton William Cooper, 43, on Saturday, May 16, for allegedly sexually molesting two young children over a period of several months.

According to sheriff's department reports, the children disclosed the abuse to their mother, who attempted to confront Cooper about the abuse. When she discovered that he had apparently left Sisters, she reported the abuse to police.

After an investigation, Cooper was arrested on three counts of first degree sex abuse, a Class B felony, and lodged on $60,000 bail at Deschutes County Jail.
