Wreck sends three to hospital
A collision at the junction of highways 20 and 242 sent three people to the hospital on Saturday morning, September 12. According to sheriff's reports, Sheaffer Lapham, 18, of Bend, tried to make a left turn from Highway 20 onto Highway 242 "without yielding the right of way" to an oncoming 1989 Cadillac driven by Karen Osborne, 42, of Salem.
