Sisters man sentenced for assault
Russell Eugene Dunn of Sisters will spend most of 1999 in jail after he was convicted of one count each of first-and second-degree assault. According to Deschutes County court reports, Dunn was sentenced to two consecutive 120-day terms in county jail (less time served) in connection with a Christmas Day incident in which he assaulted a woman friend
