Take action, face the challenge, never give up
Losing weight sure isn't for wimps. Since I began slimming down, I've had three anxiety attacks and multiple sleep terrors that cause me to wake up screaming ... not an easy thing for my poor husband to handle! I'd never had anxiety attacks before, but the sleep terror disorder has plagued me since childhood.

Life-saving app now available in Sisters
Sisters-Camp Sherman Rural Fire Protection District has announced the availability of the PulsePoint mobile application in Sisters Country. Once the free application is downloaded, users will be notified if there is someone suffering from a sudden cardiac arrest within a half-mile of their location.
