Steve and Robin Rodgers of Sisters are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Candice Rodgers, to Clayton Smith, son of Mark and Sue Smith of Toledo, OR, and Annie and Michael Burgess of Panama. Candice is a 2002 graduate of Sisters High School, a graduate of Central Oregon Community College in Early Childhood Education, and works as a preschool teacher at School of Enrichment in Bend. Clayton is a 2000 graduate of Toledo High School, and is the captain of the commercial fishing vessel, Hickory Wind. They plan to marry in Sisters in November.
