    The Sisters High School (SHS) Pageant is a series of fundraisers to raise money for Sisters Family Access Network (FAN). The pageant was previously known as Mr. SHS as a spoof pageant for male students and their escorts. Last year the name was changed to SHS Pageant to be more inclusive and make the pairs a collaborative duo.   • Sisters ski team is strong this season

    The Sisters High School ski team is nearing the end of their season. Each racer has pushed extremely hard this season to do their best and approach each race with a positive mindset.   • Outlaws embrace traditional music at festival

    The Outlaw Strings Club made an impression at the four-day Wintergrass Festival in Bellevue, Washington last month. Outlaw Strings is run by Sisters Middle School teacher Melissa Stolasz, but would not be the same without the strong support from Sisters Folk Festival, who helps with introducing students to new artists, financial support, instrument availability, and a daytime summer camp where kids can continue to play without the club.   • The joy of outdoor education

    At Sisters Middle School we have an outstanding outdoor science program called ECoS (Earth, Community and Self). It is offered to eighth graders and consists of five overnight, unforgettable expeditions and a few other amazing day trips.     Addie Laird is a senior here at Sisters High School - one of the "new kids" that are coming into Sisters schools as the community grows. Laird moved here her junior year. She claimed to have a challenging experience first moving to Sisters because everyone seemed very "cliquey," and didn't want to welcome new students into their friend group.
